Quality preventive maintenance is a cornerstone of our business. It is with this spirit of dedication that we offer complete maintenance inspections of air conditioning systems for companies throughout our service area.

These inspections include:

·  Furnish and install air filters
·  In-place coil cleaning, as necessary
·  Check operating refrigerant pressures
·  Visual inspection for refrigerant and oil leaks
·  Check air flow and temperature differentials
·  Check and adjust blower components
·  Lubricate bearings and shafts as applicable
·  Check electrical connections
·  Clean condensate disposal system
·  Provide list of deficiencies with estimate
of repairs

Additionally, as a maintenance agreement customer, you'll receive a 10% discount on any repairs or trouble calls which are not already covered by the agreement.

Another benefit is preferential scheduling for emergency repairs, available 24 hours a day at normal rates.
